Cade Debus

Cade Debus serves as Chief Operating Officer of Coastline Wealth Management, where she leads the firm’s operational strategy, business intelligence, advisor growth infrastructure, and enterprise scalability initiatives.

 

In her role, Cade focuses on strengthening both the Coastline platform and the advisory businesses it supports. She works closely with advisors to evaluate the business behind their book, connecting practice management, revenue strategy, business intelligence, organic growth, marketing, operational infrastructure, and team design to create greater capacity, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.

 

Cade leads Coastline’s business intelligence and revenue optimization efforts, transforming asset, revenue, client, and operational data into actionable insights. Through advisor dashboards, performance frameworks, and strategic consulting, she helps advisors identify opportunities to improve revenue productivity, deepen client relationships, increase wallet share, strengthen organic growth, and make more informed decisions about the future of their business.

 

She also leads the development of scalable operating systems across Coastline, including advisor integration, technology adoption, organizational design, client service strategy, data governance, and cross functional execution. Her work is focused on reducing complexity and key person dependency while creating the operating discipline and visibility necessary to support continued growth, acquisitions, and a more durable enterprise.

Cade’s experience extends well beyond wealth management. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant supporting Department of Defense contracts and engagements involving Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations, and the World Bank. She later served as CEO of a business intelligence software company, giving her experience across complex organizations, technology, data, operations, and executive leadership.

 

Cade is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and brings a data driven, process focused approach to building businesses that grow with greater clarity, discipline, profitability, and value.
