My name is Marietta, and I'm the Client Service Specialist for the Coastline Hudson team. I work alongside Jamie and Chantel to make sure the experience you have with us is smooth from start to finish.
Day-to-day, that means handling paperwork, account updates, money movement, follow-up calls, and the behind-the-scenes details that keep things moving. But it also means being available to you: answering questions, tracking down information, and making sure you always know where things stand.
What matters most to me is that you feel heard and helped. Whether I can take care of something directly or get you connected to the right person on our team, I want you to feel confident that someone is on it.

A lot of what I do happens in the background and that's the point.
When you leave a meeting with Jamie or Chantel, there's often a list of things that need to happen next: forms to process, accounts to update, documents to track down. I'm the one who makes sure that list gets worked through, so you're not left wondering what's being done or when.
I've found that people feel a lot better about the process when they know someone is actively following up, not just waiting for them to call back. That's how I try to work. If something is outstanding, I'll reach out. If something changes, I'll let you know. If you're not sure what you need, I'll help you figure it out.
