Opening or Updating an Account
I help gather what is needed for retirement accounts, 529 plans, custodial accounts, annuities, and other account requests, then guide you through forms and signatures.
I help make the day-to-day side of your financial relationship approachable, organized, and easier to understand, with a real person ready to help when you call.
At a previous firm, my unofficial title was “director of first impressions.” The name stayed with me because it captures an important part of my work: helping people feel comfortable from the first conversation.
I support advisors Tim Longo and Kevin McPhee, but my role changes with each relationship. For some clients, I am present from the first meeting. For others, I am the person preparing applications, gathering statements, and making sure the operational work is handled correctly.
Either way, I want you to feel like you are talking with an actual person, someone who will listen, explain what is needed, and find the right resource when a question reaches beyond my role.
From a routine form to an unfamiliar life transition, I help identify what is needed and where to begin.
I help gather what is needed for retirement accounts, 529 plans, custodial accounts, annuities, and other account requests, then guide you through forms and signatures.
Transfers can involve several institutions, forms, and timing requirements. I coordinate the operational pieces and help address issues that arise along the way.
A death, divorce, or major family event can create a long list of unfamiliar tasks. I help put those tasks in a sensible order and take on the parts our office can handle.
You do not need to know which advisor, specialist, or office resource to contact. Tell me what you are trying to accomplish, and I will help connect the dots.
People are often overwhelmed because every task feels equally important. I help create a practical “stacking order” so the first step becomes manageable.
We begin with everything on your mind, including the questions, documents, deadlines, and decisions competing for your attention.
I separate what must happen first from what can wait, whether that means obtaining a death certificate, contacting an attorney, or locating an account statement.
I explain what you need to handle and what I can take off your plate, so you are not carrying the entire process alone.
Financial and family matters rarely unfold in a straight line. I stay flexible, revisit priorities, and help the plan adapt as new information arrives.
My role adapts to what each client relationship requires. Sometimes that means being a familiar point of contact in meetings and conversations. Other times, it means managing applications, statements, account requests, and the operational details behind the scenes. In every case, I work closely with the advisor and broader team to create a coordinated experience.
