This structure helps Coastline provide high-quality planning support while keeping advisors at the center of the client relationship and protecting the planning team's capacity for deeper client work.

Advisors lead

Prospect and Early Conversations

When meeting with a lead or early-stage prospect, the initial planning conversation should remain advisor-led. The goal is to explore opportunities, understand priorities, and determine whether the relationship is a good fit.

  • High-level asset mapping
  • Identifying planning opportunities
  • Early strategy conversations
  • Understanding what matters most to the prospect
